I was doubtful that I would be able to drive off the lot with a brand new 2015 What can I say about Norm Reeves Honda? Oh yea, they are amazing. I was doubtful that I would be able to drive off the lot with a brand new 2015 Honda Civic with the situation that am in with my credit. They worked with me and made sure that I was comfortable with my embarrassing situation. They understood the situation I was in and was willing to work with me to drive off with a new car. The gentlemen helping me let me know all the things I needed to know about the programs that were available to me clearly. They told me what I needed to do and what deals were available. Honestly, that Honda commercial "helpful Honda" is true over here with Norm Reeves. These guys are really like family. The individuals who were helping me were AJ, Ziggy, Edgar, and Chandika. These guys were working as a team to get you a vehicle. If you are looking for a car, I would come here and meet with these guys. They are fantastic. Thank you guys. I will definitely be coming here and recommending them to my friends. FYI don't forget to bring your pay stub and proof of insurance. HAHA I forgot my proof of insurance but then again, they were willing to wait till I at least got my policy number. More

Great Customer Service My sister, her husband, and I went to the Honda dealership and we were immediately greeted by Chandika. From the beginning he was really helpful and My sister, her husband, and I went to the Honda dealership and we were immediately greeted by Chandika. From the beginning he was really helpful and explained the features of each car we asked. We were undecided and said that we were going to look around and went to the Toyota and Mazda dealership. We tried to buy a car at the Mazda dealership buy it didn't worked out, so we went back to Honda. We asked for Chandika and he was happy to see us. We asked to test drive the civic and we settled on that. Then we began the paperwork with Edgar who was also very nice and friendly. We went back and forth about the payments and finally we compromised on a comfortable payment. We were there for a couple of hours till late at night. Edgar brought us water and Chandika chips. Overall, our experience with Chandika and Edgar was positive and we felt comfortable. They make a good team. More
