They are friendly, responsive, and recognize a consumer's budget and circumstances. They will work with you step by step through the process to help acquire any documentation, then follow through to assure that details are correct on their end. Sales members and managers, such as Jeana Neves, even cover for each other, when one may not be available, so that the customer has no "Gaps" in the buying experience. There is no feeling of being rushed or prodded to buy in a a rapid manner with this store. When they say that they are here to "earn your business," they mean it. If the long term follow through from this store on the back end, is as satisfying as my experience has been on the front end, Volvo of Marietta will have earned a customer for life.
