I had the worst experience with Leslie Sanchez, the CFS manager. She is unprofessional, disrespectful, arrogant, self centered, and incompetent. When we were walked into her office, she did not greet us, s manager. She is unprofessional, disrespectful, arrogant, self centered, and incompetent. When we were walked into her office, she did not greet us, she didn’t even look at us. She was happily dancing to the background music as if we were not there. We were curious if she’s working on our case or not. When we asked about the transfer license fee (instead of new license), she first lied to us that we have to pay $500 (it turned out to be $280.85), then wrongly accused us that we did not want to pay. Throughout the signing process, she did not explain anything about the forms we were signing. Towards the end, she’s supposed to print out the registration for us, but she did not click the print button but accused technical difficulties. I asked her to email it to me so I can print it out myself later. She said ok but didn’t do anything but walked us out. I returned to her office and insisted her to try to print it again then it was printed. The company definitely need to do something to correct her behaviors. It was a nightmare for us. We will never come back to this dealership and will not recommend it to anyone we know because of Leslie Sanchez. More
