Sales team Amazing, with money in hand had to wait on finance dept. I waited on someone that needed financial assistance, next time get the ones with that are ready to leave , out the door. I observed a lot of wasted time among employees while I waited over 4 hours of sitting. Not a good experience overall. Sales team did what they could. More

I made an appointment for a oil change for 11:15am. The service agent talked me into tire rotation also. At a cost of $50. At didn't get finished until after 3:30pm. Having bought my 2nd car from this dealership, everyone hates buying a car for all of the reasons we all know. A vehicle online for $26,245 became $38,000 with all the fees they put on top of tax, tag & t hates buying a car for all of the reasons we all know. A vehicle online for $26,245 became $38,000 with all the fees they put on top of tax, tag & title. They came back down to $30k and I walked out. A minute later, they called and said they would do it for $29k. So I signed the papers and put down $5k cash. The following morning, I got hammered more by finance. They wanted to add another $5k to the purchase price with gap and extended warranty and they were giving me "employee" pricing. After fighting with them, as they were trying to tell me that "the bank wants me to pay them for gap and extended warranty" lime the bank cares at all over the interest rate they have sold for the bank. So a miserable experience was followed by 2 days of chasing them for my paperwork that was supposed to be on a thumb drive they gave me, that was actually empty. So because I held my ground, I came out ok, but be prepared for high pressure sales tactics, false pricing and tag team tactics. I probably won't buy another car from them. This was way too hard, took 2 days, and I was hammered by every direction. But this is probably run of the mill with all dealers these days but 2 years ago, I bought a brand new charger from them and paid cash and that was easier than this time was. I don't know how anyone likes dealers these days, but Areigo is not great for a bunch of reasons. More
