I lost my car during hurricane Ian. It was totaled & I decided I didn’t want to buy a car in the area. I also decided what car I wanted & started looking. I located several options, Arrigo being one of them. I contacted the dealership via the website & heard from a sales assistant almost immediately. Then, I heard from Chantelle Habersham, the sales consultant. She asked me why I was purchasing a car & once she heard about how I lost my car, she said she was committed to getting my into the car I wanted. Honestly, I was like, “Ok, we’ll see.” Chantelle immediately grabbed the keys to my car & started working on my deal. We communicated everyday for about 6 days until I came to pick up my car. She was so communicative, consistent, she didn’t try too hard to sell to me, & I just felt so reassured that she had my best interest at heart, like for real. Day of pickup, she sent me a picture with a red bow on it 😊 I drove 2 hrs to pick up the car & she & the staff were so great, down to earth, my experience was amazing!!! Chantelle gave me a buyer experience that I’ve never had, & I appreciate her so much for it!! There’s a reason why this dealership is highly rated. I look forward to working with Chantelle again when I’m looking to purchase another car!! More
