Instead, he took the time to listen to what we actually needed and helped guide us without ever making us feel pressured. You could tell he genuinely cared about customer service and not just making a sale. He was relatable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and even enjoyable. We walked away with a great deal on our Ram and felt confident we made the right choice. If you're looking for someone who’s honest, hilarious, and truly helpful. Charles is your guy.
