our experience was excellent. we bought a 2018 f-150 in june that dropped a valve after 2038 miles; was at dealership for over a month when told a new motor was likely to arrive no we bought a 2018 f-150 in june that dropped a valve after 2038 miles; was at dealership for over a month when told a new motor was likely to arrive no earlier than 30-60 days; requested a buy back in September and purchased another 2018 f-150 shortly thereafter. the professionalism of Alfonso, Jim, Glenn, Lee Moore. and Charles Archer was the reason for buying another vehicle at mark mclarty ford. we especially enjoy dealing with Alfonso Guevarra, a truly nice person. this is in stark contrast to the buy back process, 10% complete, of ford motor company which is truly challenging to say the least. More
