For a certified dealership you should not have a car for sale that’s not completely certified. I’m very appreciative that the service department took the proper steps to fix the car with no charges , and ac sale that’s not completely certified. I’m very appreciative that the service department took the proper steps to fix the car with no charges , and accommodated me with a loaner until the car was fixed, thank you. I did not appreciate the service rep talking down to me implying it was my fault for buying a car that wasn’t fully certified , and I should be thankful that they fixed the car for no charge rather than being apologetic for the inconvenience.
