He even came in on his day off to close the deal with me. Charles instantly treated me like family and helped me with the whole process. Charles was fantastic!! He was so efficient! He found the car I wanted and let me know as soon as it became available! I have leased and purchased several cars from Circle BMW over the last 15 years. The Sales and Service Departments provide excellent service and work very well together. Very knowledgeable professionals, all your questions are answered in more detail than you'd expect. I could lease, buy and drive virtually any car I want in these my "Golden years". However, I have two BMWs (750i X-drive) in my garage, a 2017 and the 2022 which I just picked up 2 days ago when I returned my 2019 lease. They 'bend over backwards' to work with you. This has been my personal experience. Dealing with Circle BMW remains the best Auto-buying or Leasing experience I've ever had to date... More
