Took us for a test drive for both and left us alone to make a decision. He worked to get me the best discount and I feel privileged be to have him working with my wife and me. Charles, the "finance guy" was friendly and non-pushy (is that a word?). Both he and Darrell explained what it meant to have a "Certified used car" and they were very helpful.
