I recently purchased a 2024 Ford Expedition at Shamaley Ford. I was in search of a vehicle due to the fact that my 2006 Ford Expedition had been totaled after someone smashed into it while it was parked o Ford. The sudden need and search for a new vehicle can be exhausting. Prior to going to Shamaley, I visited several other dealerships in search of a vehicle. The experience wasn’t pleasant. I thought that finding a dealership that was going to be open and transparent no longer existed. A very good friend of mine recommended me to Charlie Hossoun and Tony Saldana. The experience was awesome! The purchase of my 2024 Expedition went very smooth. Both Charlie and Tony were open, honest and transparent throughout the process. The experience I had with Shamaley reminded me of why I bought my first Expedition from them 18 years ago. My 2006 Expedition was very durable and dependable. Had it not gotten totaled I would still be driving it. The new Expedition is great! My experience with Charlie and Tony made me realize that if I had began with going back to Shamaley first, I would not have experienced the frustration that I did in looking for a vehicle at other locations. Today was my second visit to Shamaley Ford and it was better than the first time. I don’t live in El Paso and despite that needed my Fords serviced while visiting my family at Ft. Bliss. The first visit was just for routine maintenance on my Mustang, however today’s visit was for transmission trouble in my wife’s F-150. As it turned out (given the repair cost, the truck’s age/mileage) the better decision was to just purchase a new truck. It’s always great to get a new vehicle, however the sales negotiations, credit apps, paperwork is NOT great. That said, Shamaley Ford REALLY made the entire process very easy! We never felt hustled, rushed, scammed, etc. in any way. My wife and I are extremely happy with the treatment that we received at Shamaley Ford and would definitely do business with them again and recommend this dealership to friends and family.
