The overall experience went well, negotiated a great price, got a great truck, my ONLY complaint: My trade in was taken back for appraisal (with my equipment installed and working) and when it was retur price, got a great truck, my ONLY complaint: My trade in was taken back for appraisal (with my equipment installed and working) and when it was returned to me, my light control switch box was dark and not working, no one could offer any explanation and dismissed it as a possible loose wire, well, upon installing said box in my new truck, it's dead! Whatever they messed with during appraisal, burned something out, not happy about that! More
