Oh, and because the vehicle I was purchasing had minor damage to the body, they had a whole new vehicle shipped in from another location overnight. Talk about customer service! I have dealt with tyler at CDJR of Leeseburg for all of my transactions. I purchased my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from him in October 2025. I love that vehicle. He did an awesome job with the sales and the del my transactions. I purchased my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from him in October 2025. I love that vehicle. He did an awesome job with the sales and the delivery. I had no problems with it then about six months later which is April 2026. Some circumstances changed in my family and I needed to get rid of my Rubicon for a lesser priced vehicle to save money and tyler along with the managers worked very hard all day Saturday, April 18 to help me do that and by 7 o’clock that night I was out out of my expensive Rubicon with a high loan and into a 2019 Jeep grand Cherokee with only 39,000 miles on it with a much more affordable note that I can easily pay off by next year and not be strapped with my family situation. I live in Ocala I would not deal with an ocala dealer. I did not like the dealer in Ocala. I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a Chrysler Dodge Jeep or ram to go down to Fruitland Park to Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram of Leeseburg. More

Great service at the beginning, later after the sale, rep Matthew a newby on the bussiness I believe, following his manager Charles? quick to approve my loan, fast diligent, good thing, he worked fast to ap Matthew a newby on the bussiness I believe, following his manager Charles? quick to approve my loan, fast diligent, good thing, he worked fast to approve, but as of today 03/28/2026 since last wedensday 03/25/2026 the post-day of my purchase, I was just inquiring since the 24th when we closed in this deal, for the second key (it was night time and Rep Matthew said he could not get into the place where the keys were) that comes with the car I bought from this dealer, as well as they promised to do a transmission fluid service and he promised to call me to schedule the service, and am still here waiting, is that right? and the second car key? as mentioned prior, and that is not into the carmarx report(transmission fluid), as well as they promised that I will have service for life of the car if something happens to the engine or coolant, which caught me there, I asked to be this in writtting and I never received it, and the worst !!!!! is the customer services follow up, even I kept texting to the rep Matthew, whom never replied back, very rude of his part, that this morning I sent the last text telling him how bad it looks for the future references, nothing else but to please! please! be aware of these dealerships, specially at this time where sales are tough, because of the country's economy and current situation, customer service should exceed customer's expectations to later receive refferals, and I was not asking for anything out of their scoop, dont get me wrong, just the right things promised verbally,I am old fashion, that still believes on the word, but still asked in writing, all which are huge important in sales, unfortunately is a loss from me and my extended network, because is not just the sales rep is the entire company that he represents.
