I recently purchased a Ram 1500 from CDRJ of Leesburg, and the entire experience was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I've had in recent years. From the beginning, Marcus Mister did an outstand and the entire experience was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I've had in recent years. From the beginning, Marcus Mister did an outstanding job. He was proactive in following up before my visit, answered all of my questions promptly, and was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. Marcus took the time to explain the truck's features and made sure I was comfortable with everything before making my decision. I also want to recognize Nick for his efforts during the final stages of the purchase. He worked with me to reach a final price that ultimately closed the deal, and I greatly appreciated his straightforward and customer-focused approach. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be stressful, but the team at CDRJ of Leesburg made the process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. Sold the vehicle to me with the most disgusting air filter I've ever seen. Had to be the original with over 27,000 miles on it. 4. Was told twice the recall would be fixed and was not completed twice. 5. Finance officer really thinks highly of himself. Attitude does not make the customer feel like they did the right thing. More

First of all I want to say my service advisor. I have another dodge dealer within minutes of my home however WE choose to drive extra mileage to come to Leesburg and not to mention their awesome sales TEAM and I mean they are a team!
