I walked out of Toyota across the street. There was sleigh of hand going on with some mysterious manager who always had to make the final decisions and with each step the price of the car I w There was sleigh of hand going on with some mysterious manager who always had to make the final decisions and with each step the price of the car I wanted went up . Hyundai’s service was a breath of fresh air. The staff was knowledgable and made autonomous decisions with no need for the mysterious back room manager. Staff greeted us as soon as I stepped out of my car , they offered water and a seat and paid special attention to my disabled husband’s needs. The fact that we are elderly was respected and our concerns were listened to and answers were repeated when needed. The intricate new fangled technical functions of the car were explained with patience. We are going back for another class with a techie. How about that. More
