Complete leak of process and disclosure. After the deal was agree upon, there was a change in the trade in value. The sales manager did not present the change to us. Sales person gave us the deal sheet to sign with no disclosure to the change. Called next day and spoke with another sales manager requesting copy of deal sheet. We were told that they do not keep the sheet. Received the deal sheet later in the day from the sales person. It was not the original sheet we agreed to but the one we signed. We send email to general manager with in 3 days after the deal. No response as of this day. Not impressed with dealer sheet. This is not first time we had issue with this dealership. More
