We traveled several hours to this dealership based upon an online search of the EV model vehicle we wanted. The salesman, Donte’, was excellent well versed on most aspects of this model EV. After showing us 2 different color styles, we worked with him on an acceptable price offer for a lease arrangement. He was very thorough as was Nick in financing. We have two complaints about our experience: 1. The dealership manager never once introduced himself to us during our 5 hours at the dealership. That is a FIRST for us in 40 years of buying cars. 2. The dealership apparently has no process for properly completing a delivery on electric vehicles which require several hours, at best, to charge. To be willing to send a customer 100 miles home with a new unfamiliar technology vehicle at 60% charged is totally unacceptable. We felt as though the salesman’s hands were tied and he may not have been adequately supported by management in making us as new customers a priority - I don’t know - but my wife and I had to wait an EXTRA almost 3 hours after the deal was done and the car was clean to get partially charged up so we could go - it was going to be dark within the next hour. Because of this delay, Jose had to shortcut our training and was unable to give us 100% delivery tutorial on the features of this new EV. These issues put a real damper on our buying experience and we will give big warnings before giving a 100% recommendation for Jenkins. More

feel i was not offered the best deal. was offered way less than what my trade in was worth. I see the vehicle is now for sale on their site for 2x the amount they gave me for trade. The p was offered way less than what my trade in was worth. I see the vehicle is now for sale on their site for 2x the amount they gave me for trade. The price of vehicle that was Quoted online with internet rep, was not the price when I got to dealership. I should have taken a day to think about this transaction. Lesson learned. More
