The person who greeted me said someone else would help me and that you had Elantras. I did not get what I thought was enough for my 3yr old low mileage Mercedes but Mark Shelley was great at putting together an acceptable deal. My salesman, Adam was very attentive and followed through with any issues we had. The service department, however did not complete their checkup and I had the car towed back after 48 hours because someone did not hook up the battery correctly and it rendered the car undriveable. That was quickly fixed and all in all I was extremely happy with my purchase. I also would note that I came with a friend who bought a Genesis while she was waiting for me so I guess everyone was happy with my visit to Ocala Hyundai!! More

They bugged me to come in and trade my Accent and offered me a 2018 Kia Soul. Which has a bad transmission and I need to replace the front driver tire after 3 weeks of having the vehicle. After the sale was final I got a call asking me to come back in 3 days later which at that time the sales manager really tried to persuade me to get a cash loan at there dealer for a down payment that I orignally did not have to pay because my credit score was high. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from here. I brought a car from Honda dealer 5 years ago ( Accent) and that car was amazing, ran "great" and there service was top notch. Sadly, I traded that car for the Kia Soul and I really regret it. I will be writing a review on the BBB. More
