He even picked up my husband from the airport bc the truck was not ready before my husband’s departure for a business trip.. I really just can’t say how impressed we were with Charles.. This dealership is just nightmare. Charles Reardon was hard to get information from. I asked him few questions and had to follow up couple of times for the answer, but still didn't get Charles Reardon was hard to get information from. I asked him few questions and had to follow up couple of times for the answer, but still didn't get all information I needed and this is why I have switched to Esteban Cabrera. Esteban Cabrera ran my credit without my permission. I asked him to change my address in the system since I moved after I signed lease and then when buying out my lease I wanted to pay cash and didn't need a loan, but instead of changing my address he ran my credit. Also, he promised me to detail my car while I will be talking to finance department, but this was lie. I don't know why he was doing it, but in my opinion he is very unprofessional and dishonest person. Also, dealership is terrible in my opinion by itself. I have paid off my car, paid around $1300 for paperwork and then after 2 weeks learned from the financing company that they didn't pay them and financing company threatened me to take my car that I already paid for. I have contacted accounting and it turned out that finance department didn't sent pay off quote to them and next day finance department asked me to send them pay off quote. I felt like I am doing their work for which I paid them. This is nightmare. It took them another week to pay it off, but I have heard even worse stories. But this is not it. Recently I went there for oil change and tire rotation and my wheel lock key got stolen/lost by them and they are redundant to help. They just telling me they will call back. NO MORE OF THIS PLACE - STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
