This was my first time at Don't Nissan. ..I'm an out-of-towner. The team is very professional and yet customer friendly. While at Don, Charles advised/consulted with me throughout the repair ..I'm an out-of-towner. The team is very professional and yet customer friendly. While at Don, Charles advised/consulted with me throughout the repair process. Every repair/service wasn't made to seem necessary to do immediately. Charles was patient and thorough, regarding my vehicle maintenance. When presenting the needed services, he also advised if this was an honorable mention that could wait until my next maintenance visit or something critical needing attention as soon as possible. Upon completion of services, I was reminded of our prior discussion and which services had actually been performed on my vehicle. I was floored by the service, the staff and the atmosphere. As of that wasn't enough, Charles came out, reminded me of the service plan I'd purchase along with the vehicle and advised the there would be no charge for services that day because I also had two free oil changes with tire rotation included in my plan. I found myself pleasantly puzzled. Impending services were not do or die, courtesy and professionalism of the team was actually genuine from arrival to departure, I didn't just get charged anyway for services you'd forgotten were included, Charles provided me with a printout of my service plan and went over a color coded repair sheet with red, yellow and green indicating which services were needed sooner than later. Charles, and the other service professionals, kept the tension down amongst the customers by checking in from time to time. Charles, thank you for being helpful, courteous and just down right AMAZING!!!!!! More

I've been going to Don Davis Nissan for a little over 4 yrs and have had excellent service and contact with each and every agents and employees every time I have been there. This latest time I went in for yrs and have had excellent service and contact with each and every agents and employees every time I have been there. This latest time I went in for service on the older car which the extended warranty had already expired so naturally it cost more than the deductible would have been so I spoke about different car purchases and I was told about different cars and prices and letting me figure out which would work best for me. Each and everyone of these gentlemen helped me tremendously in every department giving me enough information to figure out whether to purchase a new car or keep the older one then have to add another extended warranty PLUS still have a $100 deductible when something needed work on the car .......so I did alot of figuring and actually with the help of the gentlemen and their info, it became obvious to me that the New 2024 Nissan Versa was the best money wise as well as spending most of the day there after the initial reason I went there for " a service repair " which I wish I had met Brandon first before I had the work done so I could have saved that $ 166. But not knowing I would be meeting Brandon when I came in another entry after the service , well that changed my entire visit and to the best I believe. Then eventually meeting Alex in Finance with him explaining so much to me, I knew I had made the right decision which was to go for the Nissan 2024 Versa which fit my body best being short so I feel I have done the right thing. Each and every employee I have encountered every time I have been there has been very very helpful and courteous . An that goes for all employees in all departments I have been in. I thank you Don Davis for employing such great people for your company as they all are very valuable for the company and all of your customers such as myself. I am extremely disappointed and outraged that your service dept would approach a 16 yo minor for upgrades for expensive services. How dare you take advantage of a young lady who has limited knowledge service dept would approach a 16 yo minor for upgrades for expensive services. How dare you take advantage of a young lady who has limited knowledge of her vehicle and scare her into getting a service she does not need! It cost her $100 for something she didn’t need because your service agent scared her into thinking it might be dangerous to drive her vehicle without the service. Outrageous! And we have paid for a 4 year service plan so she didn’t have to worry about it. This is unacceptable More
