Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and courteous. The dealership was clean and comfortable. I did not feel good about the final pricing and financing. The interest rate did not appear to be what I was offered. I was told it was 6.65%. The paperwork appears to reflect over 7% after further review. No, I did not catch it the time of signing. I know it is my fault. It did not leave me with feeling good about my experience. Overall my experience was about average for what one would expect from a car dealer. Charles Romulus was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, helpful and informative. I would seek Charles out again, for another vehicle. However, I guess I would be more aware of details at signing. More
