My brand new car is glitchy. I took it back 2wks later to have it inspected and, of course, they claim it's fine. Now i have a brand new Nissan that occasionally doesn't recogniz I took it back 2wks later to have it inspected and, of course, they claim it's fine. Now i have a brand new Nissan that occasionally doesn't recognize my key and doesn't connect to my phone unless i do a soft reset on the Nissan Connect touch screen. After the reset, i get 2 or 3 days of flawless connectivity, but then it starts glitching again. I shouldn't have to reset ANYTHING in a brand new car Also, dealer didn't discuss what options were on the car. The Nissan website lead me to believe certain thing, like an app that'll start my car, is available for a monthly subscription for my model. My car is listed under the subscription package. Turns out tho, this particular car doesn't have the hardware to subscribe to the Nissan Connect premium. I had to call Nissan customer service to find out why i couldn't start my car via the app. That would have influenced my purchasing decision. Also, we have excellent credit. A 790 and 820 (wife) yet we couldn't get the deal advertised online (the monthly payment or the APR). The excuse: the monthly payment advertised was figured without taxes and fees! Why would anyone even advertise that?! And the APR: "well, it's close, just a few points".. More
