Charles was probably the most competent/professional salesman I have come across since I have been buying cars. At 55 years old I expected the usual sales game. To my surprise Charles knew the insides a salesman I have come across since I have been buying cars. At 55 years old I expected the usual sales game. To my surprise Charles knew the insides and outsides of the AMG that I came to test drive. He is polite, patient and down to earth. Very easy to talk to and a class act. Not to mention I believe he has AMG oil in his veins. I would definitely be a return customer once the car prices get back to normal. The only downfall of my experience was the trade in value. Carmax was giving me 4k more for my trade than MERCEDES???. Not sure why the trade value on clean used trade in cars are not equal to the pandemic priced of new/used dealer stock prices. Seems one way. Dealership gets 4 out of 5 stars for me. Salesman Charles 5 out of 5 stars. CJH More
