Rob does an excellent job in the Service Dept! If it weren't for him I probably would look to have service done elsewhere. Service manager wouldn't listen to my problem with the lights. He told me that they worked. I explained to him that they didn't come on automatically. He said they didn't work at night and couldn't check lights. He told me that they worked. I explained to him that they didn't come on automatically. He said they didn't work at night and couldn't check them out. I asked him to clear the codes and he told me they didn't have time. I left the dealership with my lights still not working. More
