Purchased a 2020 F250 Lariat. Charley was a major reason my Sale with Merchant happened. Turned out they were honest just not explaining it clear. Thank you Charley for the kindness and patience. Nice close Sir. That's my review regarding the sales process. When my Truck arrives in North Carolina on Monday I'll give a Part Two on..."is the product what was presented online?" It better be I'm $80,000 deep without even a test drive. OH...
