I would recommend Toms Ford because of the curtesy and I would recommend Toms Ford because of the curtesy and way they handled our transaction. They gave us the best price and let us choose which type of I would recommend Toms Ford because of the curtesy and way they handled our transaction. They gave us the best price and let us choose which type of car we wanted. We went to look at The Ford Focus and Fusion and decided on the Fusion because of price and quality. We would certainly recommend Tom's Ford to our Friends and Family. More

My experience at Tom's Ford was so pleasant and enjoyable. Mark and Charles were my rock that made sure that I got the car that Iwanted and with all the goodies that come with it. They called me and kept me posted on their search for the Ford Fusion. And lo and behold they got me the car that I love, Love Love . Considering I had been to numerous dealerships over the last few months trying to decide what car I wanted next and when I finally settled on the 2012 Ford Mustang at first I went to Dana Ford since I live last few months trying to decide what car I wanted next and when I finally settled on the 2012 Ford Mustang at first I went to Dana Ford since I live in Staten Island. What a mistake that was, they're sales reps that I dealt with were very cold and snide, they tried to tell me that they did a search and that there were no Base V6 models in black or kona blue in the entire Northeast and that I would have to special order it and it would take 6-8 weeks to get it in. They then proceeded to push me towards a higher end mustang that cost more and was a color I didnt even like, not to mention they gave me an inaccurate price quote and then before I left they brought over the manager to try and tell me I should make a decision quick because someone else just took it out for a test drive right after me which was B.S. So after a horrible experience there I search the nearest Ford Dealers and came across Tom's Ford Lincoln. What a complete 180 turn from the experience i had at Dana Ford. Charlie Schaub and Vinny Pace provided an experience that every car buyer hopes for when shopping for a car. They were the utmost professionals, extremely friendly, and absolutely unwavering in their effort to get me the car I wanted and needed in several days. They originally were suppose to be getting the model and color I wanted but it wasnt going to arrive at the dealership in time for when I was leaving for vacation. So after I came in and we sat down and discuss what I was looking to spend and the what the figures would be, Vinny and myself quickly came to an amicable agreement within several minutes. As a result, I left a deposit and they were able to locate several other Ford dealers that had the car I wanted on their lots and they were going to be able to do dealer swap with a dealership in Philadelphia, but then we hit a bump in the road. Charlie had drove down to Philly to pick up the car and it turns out that that dealership had backed out of the agreement to swap and sold the car right out from under them so it was not looking good for me to be able to get the car in time. But due to Vinny and Charlie's relentess effort they were able to locate another Mustang in South Jersey for me and made it possible for me to still be able to take delivery the day before I was leaving for vacation. The final paperwork process went very smoothly and Vinny then proceeded to take time out to go out to the car with me and sit and explain how every thing worked in the car, about different features and about having Ford's 24hr roadside assistance for any problems I may run into. Overall it was absolutely pleasureable experience and would highly recommend anyone living in the Tri-State area looking for a Ford or Lincoln, that they go to Tom's in Keyport, NJ and surely ask for Charlie and Vinny if they are looking for the smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience instead of the headaches that usually come with buying a new car. More

I initially went to the Ford dealership in Staten Island where I live to purchase my 2011 Ford Explorer. I had very bad experience in the Staten Island Ford dealership. The office was run down, the sales men were inexperienced and they tried to force me into buying a car that I did not want at a higher price. My experience at Tom's Ford was much different. From the moment I walked through the doors I knew I was in good hands. The office was very professional looking and I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. My salesman Vinny Pace made my car buying experience very easy. He was honest, friendly, experienced and a down to earth guy. He got me the exact truck I wanted at the best price possible. The whole sales process from meeting Vinny to driving the truck home only took a few hours, because Tom's Ford took care of everything for me. I highly recommend anyone who wants to buy a Ford to go to Tom's Ford, even if you have to drive a few extra miles to get there. More

Charles and Enrico were the best! They both knew their products and got me the truck I wanted. They took the time with me and saw me through the deal. I have delt with Tom's Lincol Mercury (Tom'sFord) f products and got me the truck I wanted. They took the time with me and saw me through the deal. About 13-15 years ago I had a Explorer leased from this dealership and terrible experience with Service Dept. My husband liked sales person at the time (Keith; who surprisingly recognized us after so many dealership and terrible experience with Service Dept. My husband liked sales person at the time (Keith; who surprisingly recognized us after so many years) so we went with another dealership and another brand. When he mentioned possibility of a Ford I was very sceptical about Ford explorer and more so about dealership. He did all research online and at the end contacted Tom's Ford and got Charlie Schaugh. Charlie was extremly professional and he clearly enjoyed his work. It took several days for me to even consider going to look at the car (Explorer 2011 looked fabulous online)but I had a lot of lingering doubts. At the end, miles per gallon were very hard to ignore so I took plunge and went to dealership to see cars for myself and I met Charlie and Debbie Wagner. I am real estate broker by trade and have very specific needs - Debbie was fabulous showing me all wonderful features that Explorer has that are great for me; after driving it I really appreciate them more and more. Both of them really worked very hard to accommodate me: getting the car I wanted, readdy to go when I wanted at the time when I had to have car ..etc. They both went out of their way and nothing was a problem. Being in customer service industry myself I totally relate. Both of them truly made whole process smooth and easy. I know it was not; we are as demanding as you can get and have high expectations. I know I drove them crazy about running board - I wish my explorer has one because it is still not easy to get in in skirt and high hils; being 6.5 inches lower did not completely eliminate problem. I took my office for a ride and everyone was pleasantly surprised how smooth ride is and how nice and roomy inside of a car is. My kids love it. My clients are remarking on how beautiful car is and I am still learning how to use features(don't have time to read manual!). I sincerely hope that Service Dept will live up to standard of service Debbie and Charlie set up. More

We had never dealt with this dealer before preferring one a little closer, but they were soooooooo much better on price, it was a no brainer. Whole experience was great - super friendly, professional, effic a little closer, but they were soooooooo much better on price, it was a no brainer. It was a pleasure working with a group of people that know their product and believe in it. Marc was the salesman and did a great job but I also worked with Charlie and Larry both of whom were friendly, know their product and believe in it. I am always nervous about going to a car dealer because of the pressure they try and put on you to purchase the car at that moment. NOne of that took place at Tom's Ford/Lincoln. That may be because the product sells itself but I wne to other Linclon dealers where the experience was not nearly as satisfying. Hats off to Marc and the rest of the team. More
