From the very start of my process in looking for a car I wanted to purchase and all the way to the end Charley went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. After going through different options a wanted to purchase and all the way to the end Charley went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. After going through different options and having all the information I would need he went even further. He listened to me and knew what I wanted wasn't available at Tom's Ford, he searched to find my perfect car. He didn't stop there, I know it was a process to get this car and he was a part of the process in making sure I got it. Just having Charley to work with made me want to buy my car from Tom's ford and I was willing to wait for the car to make that happen. Following meeting Charley I met Ken. He is also a huge reason behind my decision that I absolutely had to buy from Tom's Ford. He was so personable I felt like I had always known him. He talked to me as I feel he would someone he cared about. We talked daily, even on his days off because he wanted make sure I was OK, he knew I was nervous. He made sure I got what I wanted, I know not because of the actual sale but because he wanted me to get exactly what I wanted. He wanted me to be truly happy and I now am more than I could have expected not just for my car but for the experience in dealing with Ken. Matt was great because he was called upon to help in showing me how to work different things in my new car that I wouldn't have been able to on my own! He was just as friendly and personable and continued to make my experience at Tom's Ford fantastic. I am grateful not only for my perfect car but for the experience I was fortunate to have in purchases her all around! Special touch- I got my amazing beautiful car on my birthday and along with got a card wishes me a Happy Birthday from all those great people I dealt with along the way! Thank you all, I will be forever grateful and all that know me, I tell them Tom's Ford, there's no other! More

After 14 years, 200k miles and quite a few repair bills on my old Dodge pickup, it was time for a new one. I was impressed with the new EcoBoost motor so I decided on a new Ford F150. I built my new truck on my old Dodge pickup, it was time for a new one. I was impressed with the new EcoBoost motor so I decided on a new Ford F150. I built my new truck on Ford's web site and then clicked find my truck. I was contacted by a sale person from Fullerton Ford, (my local dealer) and was just given lip service and from his attitude I could tell he really couldn't be bothered. "Yeah come down to the dealership and we'll see what we can do". I called Malouf Ford, same thing. Hmmm seems like no one really cared to make a sale of $40,000. Go figure!! I searched through all the central Jersey dealers for what I was looking for. I made several other calls to Liccardi Ford and Flemington Ford and still the same attitude from the sales reps. I finally came across Tom's Ford in Keyport. Charlie Schaub took my call. I told Charlie I found what I was looking for on their web site. Unfortunately he said that truck was on order and about 3 weeks to a month away from arriving at the dealership. Not to worry he said, I'll find your truck for you. Right there on my first call to Tom's Ford he started searching through other dealers inventory and found my truck!! Unbelievable!! Charlie told me he'd have the truck by mid week, (this was a Saturday when I called). We agreed on a price and terms and then he handed me over to Enrico Cuzzi to finalize the details. Enrico and Charlie for that matter, are very professional and knowledgeable about what they do. I was at ease with both of them right from the start. Enrico gets on the phone and in less than 5 minutes everything was done!! That Tuesday I get a call from Charlie saying unfortunately that truck was sold and he had a couple others lined up that would suit my needs. He took the time to go over all the trucks he had found and answered all of my questions. He finally found my truck in Delaware. They sent a driver down to pick it up the next day!! All of this going on and I never stepped foot in the dealership!! With my work schedule I couldn't pick it up until Saturday. Ok no problem, what time would you like to pick it up? (This is a car dealer bending over backwards for me??!!) He went over everything they were going to do to ready the truck for me. Complete detail, make sure everything is in top notch form and fill the tank. Wait a minute I said. You're going to fill a 36 gallon gas tank?? Charlie sounded a little surprised by my question. I told him with every single vehicle I've bought in the past 30 years, I've had to drive from the dealership and find a gas station QUICK! He told me they do that for every single customer!! Unheard of in this industry!! I arrive at Tom's Ford an hour late and guess what? No problem again. I see my new baby right in front of the door and it's gorgeous!! Having never met Enrico before he comes out and said you must be Bob. I guess he could tell from my ear to ear grin. What a nice guy. We walked around the truck as he pointed out various features about it. We went inside to take care of the paperwork. Oh boy, here it comes, 3 hours of waiting while the forms are produced. Nope wrong again. All the paperwork was ready and waiting for me to sign. I was in and out of the finance office in less than 5 minutes!! Honest!! Usually this is when they throw you the keys and say have a nice day. Nope, wrong again. Enrico takes me out and goes over every single little thing about the truck. With a showroom full of people he takes about a half an hour of his time to acquaint me with my new truck. A couple of fist bumps and a buddy hug and I'm good to go!! I can't begin to say enough good things about Tom's Ford, Charlie Schaub and Enrico Cuzzi. You guys are the best. Thank you so very much for such a pleasant truck buying experience!! You have a customer for life and I will tell anyone who will listen that Tom's Ford is the place to buy your next vehicle. Just tell them Bob The Appliance Guy sent you. Thanks again!! I had never even seen this dealership before I purchased a car there, but after visiting them I soon found out why they won the dealership of the year award. I primarily dealt with Marc Brennan the salesma a car there, but after visiting them I soon found out why they won the dealership of the year award. I primarily dealt with Marc Brennan the salesman I bought the car from. He went out of his way to make me happy even going as far as buying touch up paint for me out of his own pocket, when I was disappointed to find it was not included with the car. In general in was the quickest and easiest car purchase I ever made and they deleivered on all promises made without my having to ask twice. It is an extremely friendly dealership, and not one person walked by me, my wife or my son without saying hello. The other salesmen all greeted us knowing full well I was already dealing with another salesman. When we picked up the car that I bought for my son, a number of other salesmen came over to give us tips about the car and some advice to my son on how to drive it. These included Ron Anderson and Ken Gann. Also I need to especially mention Charley Schaub who owned a year earlier version of the car we purshased. He spent a lot of time with us giving additonal information and telling us about some of the things he did with his car, that we might want to consider. Overall I would have to say that this experience is not what I am use to when visiting a car dealer. Even though the new thinking at some dealers is not to apply pressure, none of the ones I visited showed the friendliness of Marc, Charley and the others at Tom's Ford. Based on this, I expect to find similar treatment when I start using the service department. More

I was recommened by my brother and i was very pleased with my experience. They were very helpful and accomodating helping me do a majority of my car shopping via the internet/email and telelphone. Very straight forward not pushy sales told me exactly what my payments will be not giving me an amount and later on realize they didint include other fees. I was very happy with their service and will definitely do business again with them. More

I was looking to lease a new Ford Focus so I submitted an internet inquiry. Within 10 minutes Charley called me and asked me to stop by the next day. He told me to ask for Marc. I met with Marc early the nex internet inquiry. Within 10 minutes Charley called me and asked me to stop by the next day. He told me to ask for Marc. I met with Marc early the next morning and was overwhelmed by his friendliness. I told him my credit score and how much I had for a down payment and asked, "what can you do for me?" Not only did I leave that day with a car, Marc helped me to get my monthly payment to where I needed it to be while cutting my down payment IN HALF. He also helped me through the insurance process so I could drive my car home that day. After the sale, Keith made the paperwork a breeze. On top of all that, Charley was waiting outside by my new car to congratulate me on my purchase. I couldn't be happier with the car and the whole team over at Tom's Ford. Thanks guys, I will see you in 36 months for my next car! More

Tom's Ford dealership is by far the most professional I have ever dealt with. They were very thorough in promptly getting answers to any questions I had. If my salesman wasn't immediately available, some have ever dealt with. They were very thorough in promptly getting answers to any questions I had. If my salesman wasn't immediately available, somebody else helped me. They were honest and upfront about everything. I was not pressured into making any decisions, which is completely different from any other experience I have had with a dealership. They went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied each step of the way. I will be going back for my next car. More
