I met with Charlie Albanese, within the hour I was ready to sign. Charlie made the switch easy, none of the back and forth with his supervisor to check on pricing and wheeling and dealing. Straight forward and professional. I came back the next day to pick up the car and do the final lease signing. I signed the paperwork (Megan was excellent. Efficient, professional and truly nice), literally within minutes everything was done and I was driving away in my new car. Charlie is a salesman that really cares about his customers both during and after the sale and made the whole process probably one of the best I've experienced. More
