Horrible experience. This was our second time purchasing a new minivan from Jake Sweeney. Our first vehicle was purchased back in 2005 and it was a very positive experienc This was our second time purchasing a new minivan from Jake Sweeney. Our first vehicle was purchased back in 2005 and it was a very positive experience. We decided to be loyal and return here to get our second new vehicle. This time was horrible. I have lost all trust in Jake Sweeney and will never purchase any vehicle there again. Felt like the salesman was more interested in making a sale then helping my wife and I. Vehicle had a problem which was brought to the salesman's attention and he said he'd take care of it. After we purchased the vehicle we realized that he never took care of it. So my wife had to sit in the service department for two hours one day after it was purchased only to be told they would have to "order the part." My wife was in tears and had to talk directly to the head manager who arranged for the vehicle to be fixed that day. Not sure how it went from "it will take a few days" to "we can fix it." What is disturbing is that the salesman knew that the problem was a concern yet did nothing to fix it. The vehicle is very nice and we love the Chrysler product but we will purchase our vehicles going forward from another dealership. A salesman should check out the vehicle before selling it and make sure the concerns are handled BEFORE the sale takes place. We did not feel appreciated or valued as a returning customer. I always believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt but in this case it was very clear that the salesman did not put forth the effort to meet our needs or concerns. It's a matter of trust. And we have lost trust in this business. More

I told them what I would pay and we agreed in minutes. Mike Chris and Charlie Harper were all professional with Mike in finance not high pressure as in most dealerships.Charlie handled the delivery process Quickly with my new van clean ,tags changed and a full tank of gas.I have worked in car business for over 50 years and know that a lot of people do not enjoy buying a new car. Great job guys More
