The Best Car Buying Experience of My Life! I am your average middle-aged person who just loves cars. So much in fact, that my recent purchase at BMW of Sudbury is the 22nd vehicle I have owned I am your average middle-aged person who just loves cars. So much in fact, that my recent purchase at BMW of Sudbury is the 22nd vehicle I have owned in my lifetime. I have also helped friends and family purchase vehicles, so I am qualified to say that this was the very best experience I have ever had at a dealership. My last new car purchase was only a year ago, so I didn't need a car, I just wanted one! When I arrived, I was greeted almost immediately by Charlie Karkaetedes, and he had the car I called about ready for a test drive. After the drive, I knew that wasn't the car I wanted. I am very fussy about wanting as many of the "toys" as possible. Over the next several days, Charlie and I test drove at least six vehicles, and at long last found the perfect car. It was the right model in the right color, with all the bells and whistles. Charlie then worked diligently with dealership management to get me a very attractive price that fit by budget. During all of this, Charlie stayed patient and pleasant. He probably missed out on gaining some new clients because of all the time he spent with me, but he said it wasn't a problem. I am from out-of-state and Charlie saved me time by handling my registration. When I picked up the car, Charlie delivered it with class, and again took more time to thoroughly explain everything to me to my satisfaction. He has checked back several times by phone and email to make sure everything is ok, and that I have no questions. One other callout here, the F&I Manager, Mark Bertoli, made that process quick and painless. I usually refer to that part of the car buying process as "seeing the surgeon", because they remove any remaining cash from your person. In this case, Mark presented the options clearly, but did not pursue anything I wanted to decline. The paperwork was all ready and the process took no more than 20 minutes. Very pleasant and painless. If you are shopping for a new or pre-owned car, it's worth the time and drive to visit BMW of Sudbury. I love my new car; it's everything I dreamed of, and the whole experience was great. In closing, I have no relationship with anyone employed by BMW or the dealership. I am writing this review truthfully and sincerely because I am an extremely satisfied customer, and want to share my experience so you too can enjoy your next car purchase. More

After the sale was completed, Charlie would call me periodically to advise me of the build status of my vehicle including its completion and shipment to the US and, finally, Sudbury. The vehicle I ordered had all available electronic options and Charlie, as part of the delivery service, went over each and every one of them with me for over an hour. Even after the sale and delivery, Charlie checks in with me to see how the car is running and to ask if I have any new questions, which I almost always do. Having never bought a car before I was new to the entire process and was worried about getting a good deal on the car that I wanted. Charlie was fantastic in helping me find and pick out the car that best matched my needs and budget. He was great in helping me hold the car for over a week while I waited for an insurance settlement check to come in. When I came back to purchase the I had the pleasure of finalizing my deal with David. He was able to get me a great interest rate even with my lack of credit. David was able to work his magic and get my in my car for a monthly price that was right in line with my budget. All in all, it was a great transaction from beginning to end. In 5 years I will be back here to get another BMW. More

My husband and I had been in search for a BMW X5 and finally decided to purchase one. We went to another dealership and were quickly turned off by all of the staff and decided to look elsewhere. We came across BMW of Sudbury online and my husband spoke with one of the salesmen over the phone and made an appointment to come in; from the moment we arrived we were treated completely different from the previous dealership, the staff was very friendly and we were so glad to speak with Charlie who made the car buying process so simple and painless- like it should be! We came to an agreement on a fair price and the next day Nick was nice enough to drive our new car to us since Sudbury was a bit of a hike. We also had to clear up some final details later on with Fahad who was extremely understanding and pleasant and we were overall very pleased with our experience and would recommend this dealership. Owning a BMW had been a dream for many years,2013 was the year to find out if in fact dreams can come true. I scouted a few cars on line and made contact via the website. All of my queries were returned promptly and forthrightly. My husband and I made an appointment to visit. The receptionist matched us up with Charlie. He was open, friendly-not at all pushy, took all the time we wanted to answer questions and was able to help us come to the conclusion that a BMW might indeed be a possibility for this elementary school principal. We looked at available 328is and were offered the chance to test drive any we liked...which we did. They were all wonderful,drove fantastically but none of them was a color that made my heart sing. Charlie scoured the inventory,went out to the lots, and brought up one that I instantly fell in love I with in a marine blue. Charlie was careful to say that it had just come in and had not been thoroughly checked,serviced, brought up to BMW per owned certified standards etc. but he would ask to get it ready for a test drive as quickly as possible. No pressure was put on us at all. We left the dealership impressed and anxious to see if our return trip would be as positive. In a few days we were called and a mutually convenient time was arranged. When we arrived, we were one again greeted politely, offered a beverage and escorted to Charlie's office. He arrived with the keys and we went off on another test drive. It drove beautifully and we decided to go forward....bracing for a hard sell or sudden hidden charges we were pleasantly surprised. The figure we had been quoted had not changed and Charlie waited until well after his work day had ended while we met with the finance person. Charlie helped us out of the locked and closed dealership and promised to be there when we came to pick up my dream car. He was and patiently went through all of the car's features with us. Professionalism is characterized by knowledgeability ,courteousness, empathy, patience and integrity and in Charlie we encountered all of those traits. We have recommended him to several colleagues and would not hesitate to do so again as well as the dealership--top notch in all regard! More

I was told to go to BMW of Sudbury from a friend..I had already been to another dealership and was unhappy with the service.. I was looking for a used x5... And that is what charlie showed me. I saw the new x3 on the floor and insisted I drive one.. Fell in love and bought it. I was never pressured or talked into a car. I bought the car I wanted. Charlie gave me a very thorough lesson on how to drive the car...however way to much info! And I went back again and he answered every question.
