They kept me informed and involved with the development, ordering, building, and delivery of my new Audi. At the time of delivery Troy spent as much time as I needed to understand all the new features and technologies that my car has. He offered to continue the instruction, repeat any information or demonstration until and even after I felt comfortable should I ever need a review or have the slightest question. It was obvious that this staff was not happy to just sell us A car they wanted to get us THE car, one that fit my wife's and my vision and wishes at a price we could afford. They worked to find out the type of car owners we were and made suggestions of models, equipment, options and features that, in some cases, I didn't even know existed.
