Rooked by Daytona Hyundai (Manager) Mike took over for learning salesman, Wes Duke. Wes wants to be honest. Several times treated wife like he was brainless. They would pay last one. We had two. No one will call back re this. Showed her one car only. Nothing for our 2014 car, with10,000 left on lease. Never showed wife credit report. Promised two years oil changes.would like dealership form stating this. Calls from wife are being denied by receptionist who will only transfer to voicemail. No return calls. More

Significant lack of professionalism at this dealership I would not recommend this dealership - circumstances have not been any type of normal in dealing with the dealership, the sales person, or any financ I would not recommend this dealership - circumstances have not been any type of normal in dealing with the dealership, the sales person, or any finance staff. I have serious concerns for the treatment of my private financial information and what seems to be the ability of all persons to access my credit report and share information. Car buying problem. We took the car back the day following purchase to have leather installed. We were leaving for vacation & were going to pick the car up on our return We took the car back the day following purchase to have leather installed. We were leaving for vacation & were going to pick the car up on our return. We called our sales person on Saturday to say we would pick up Sunday. She said she'd be off on Sunday but would leave the keys with the sales manager. When we arrived on Sunday the sales manager didn't have the keys & no one could figure out where they were or who had them & they couldn't reach the salesperson by phone. Also, the car was dirty with bird droppings on it & tons of pollen. We complained about the condition of the car. So we had to leave & wait for them to locate the keys, have the car cleaned & then drive back to the dealership to retrieve the car. The sales manager did have the tank filled & said we could come back for another tank of gas as compensation. But we found the car on line, negotiated the price over the phone & then came & signed the papers so it was an easy sale for her. More
