My F150 had a recall item which NOrth Country Foed was able to help my update. Friendly staff to greet me and take vehicle. I waited for truck in thier clean comfortable Customer lounge. Ryan service manager at North Country Ford is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING at what he does!!! Ryan is PHENOMENAL with his customer service!!! Ryan is OUTSTANDING with his communication!!! I needed to get my car in for service and Ryan got me in sooner than I expected with a rental!!! Ryan gets the job done!!! No questions asked!!! Thank you Ryan!!! I TRULY APPRECIATE YOU!!! The service manager Ryan is kind and respectful. This guy Ryan who is actually the service manager should be given a raise and a promotion as soon as possible!!! This guy is top-notch!!! Ryan is understanding to customers needs. He has compassion and empathy when it comes to dealing with customers.
