Hello, My name is Charlie Piper. I have been with Gallatin Ford for eleven years now. I have lived in Sumner Co. for 38 years as well. I pride myself on excellent customer service to each and every person that I come in contact with. I also take the time to share the knowledge that I have learned about the vehicle's that I sell as well. I know the car buying experience is not always the best one. I make the entire buying experience fun and exciting one. From the beginning when I shake your hand, until I hand you the keys at the very end. I keep each one of my customers knowing what is going on every step of the way and take my time with a no pressure approach. Gallatin Ford is one of the best car dealerships around. It is so nice to work for a family owned business where we focus on the customers and striving to earn everyone's business that we touch. I was set me up with a fair price, but that’s the extent of it. (Thus the one star) As a customer service person Adam was very unprofessional and made up information like the car had brand new seats install of it. (Thus the one star) As a customer service person Adam was very unprofessional and made up information like the car had brand new seats installed at no cost. (The seats were not changed) He also told me heated seats were half way done, but when I went on site to follow up they couldn’t get to it for another week. He was very disrespectful when I asked questions, as if it was not appropriate for me to do so. I will not work with him again. Chase on the other hand was very respectful and provided accurate updates. If you go to Gallatin Ford, ask for Chase! More

I can not say enough about the individuals I have worked with at this dealership - they are all professional, courteous and helpful. They all make me feel like I am a top priority and have gone above and b with at this dealership - they are all professional, courteous and helpful.
