Hello, My name is Charlie Piper. I have been with Miracle Ford for ten years now. I have lived in Sumner Co. for 37 years as well. I pride myself on excellent customer service to each and every person that I come in contact with. I also take the time to share the knowledge that I have learned about the vehicle's that I sell as well. I know the car buying experience is not always the best one. I make the entire buying experience fun and exciting one. From the beginning when I shake your hand, until I hand you the keys at the very end. I keep each one of my customers knowing what is going on every step of the way and take my time with a no pressure approach. Miracle Ford is one of the best car dealerships around. I am revisiting my reviews of Miracle Ford. After the most recent experience, I don't trust them and suggest no one else does. Pay real close to attention to finance, especially Sandra, she w After the most recent experience, I don't trust them and suggest no one else does. Pay real close to attention to finance, especially Sandra, she will try to slip in an extended warranty and add money to your loan acting like she is giving you something for free. They might estimate your pay off the same way the value your trade, low, then you get a call a few days later saying you still owe them money. After six vehicle purchases and raving reviews, I take it all back. They have seen the last of me and any referrals I might have given them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. More
