He was able to meet all of our requests and requirements and did so in a timely manner so that we weren't there all day. He showed us how to set up everything in the car as well as showed us all the new features that we're added since our last lease. They woman in the finance department who finished our paperwork was just as amazing. They both added a genuine personal touch that made us feel like more than customers. I would highly recommend #1 Cochran Hyundai Monroeville to anyone looking for a new car and would especially refer them to Charlie. Everyone was professional, kind, knowledgeable and attentive. More
