I know that the exact specification of the SUV was not available locally as I done some research on-line, but within hours Charlie had found my vehicle out of state. I was in no hurry, but Charlie worked tirelessly to make sure I had my vehicle before Christmas and even located a vehicle locally to speed up the process and managed set everything up for a Christmas Eve delivery. Charlie kept me informed through the entire process by e-mail, voice message, texting and phone calls.
