We called and talked with him about needing a new car on a Wednesday and had a brand new car dropped off to us by Friday afternoon! Because we were in an accident and our rental coverage was running out, Charlie worked fast to get us a new car before we were paying out-of-pocket. The thing I appreciated most was that he was SO personable without feeling "car salesman-y" and definitely made it his priority to understand and align with our priorities. I NEVER felt pressure or like he was trying to get me to do something I wasn't comfortable with. His communication was consistent without being overwhelming or annoying and we always felt like we were in the driver's seat. It was literally the BEST and EASIEST car lease/purchase of our lives - over 12 cars between us! We didn't waste a minute in a dealership or feel the misery and frustration of being smoked out by a random sales person for something we don't really want but feel pressure to buy. We will be customers for life!!! More
