I loved that I was able to do almost everything over the phone with him and not having to take off work! D&M 1st Impression I was in the market for a new SUV as my lease with Nissan was coming to an end. I was a bit skeptical about the D&M Leasing options mainly, because I I was in the market for a new SUV as my lease with Nissan was coming to an end. I was a bit skeptical about the D&M Leasing options mainly, because I didn't think they could match the services that come along with a dealership, i.e....maintenance packages and other tangible service incentives. I later found out I was wrong! After a few weeks of research, test drives and the painful agony of dealing with over the top dealership salesmen, I decided to research/review D&M's services on their website. I filled out the Free Auto Quote section and literally not a minute later, I received a call from an energetic and intelligent D&M rep, Charlie Soule. Charlie actually listened to my needs/requests, he asked great leading questions to understand the bigger picture of my situation and about a week later, I was signing and completing all the necessary paperwork on the exact SUV I needed and with someone I felt like I had known for years. The Above and Beyond Charlie Soule I was in a lease with a car that just wasn't a fit for me. He asked me what my dream car would be and what it would have. Within an hour he called back with a car that was exactly what I wanted, every single wish on my list was met and we were able to transfer into a new lease.
