I found the vehicle online and Charlie promptly responded to my inquiry. Since the Yukon was still at the manufacturer, it had to be shipped, but Charlie kept me updated every step of the way. He made sure everything was in place so I could pick it up as soon as it arrived. The dealership also worked with me on my trade-in and met me exactly where I needed to be. It was a smooth, stress-free experience overall. Charlie took the time to walk me through all the features of my new Yukon, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend! More
