I have been in the Automobile business since 1988 and a fan of Porsche my whole life. I am very excited to work with and experience the most unbelievable vehicles of our time. Coming to work everyday is a dream and should not be considered work.

Dealership has been updated and is wonderful. Attention to detail and great service. Car was a custom order - stuck in German port for 2 months but that's not the dealer's issue. I bought a used 992 Carrera S with 340 miles on it in December 2020 without seeing the car in person. I did the deal over the phone and it was easy. I wired the money and had a shipper pick the car up an December 2020 without seeing the car in person. I did the deal over the phone and it was easy. I wired the money and had a shipper pick the car up and bring it to me. I had no issues with doing the deal or getting the car. The car arrived as the photos showed it. However, I did not receive the title. I called and was told they Fedexed everything to me. The title was not in the FedEx I received from them. They then said the title would be delayed a couple of weeks. Fine, that wasn't an issue since I had temporary tags for 2 months. I checked in and still no title. We get to 3 month mark. I still didn’t have the title and I ask them to buy the car back. They offered me $1500 less than I paid for it and I had to pay the shipping back to them ($800). I am getting very annoyed at this point. I call the PA department of motor vehicles and come to find out the title was still in the previous owners name in New Jersey. The dealership said to drive the car and they would pay for any tickets related to the expired tags. The temporary tags were now expired and I couldn't drive it since I had no title to register it in North Carolina. I opened a case with the PA Dept. of State. At the 4.5 month mark, I finally received the title to the car. The reason for my delay in posting this was in theory they also agreed to give me a GT3 allocation due to this issue. At this point I have zero confidence that is going to happen which is why I'm now reposting my review. I originally posted my review on January 23rd 2022. I got a call from the dealership the morning of Jan 24th regarding my post. They explained they were sorry for the delay. They stated they still planned to give me the allocation and that I was on short list of 5 people. They weren't sure when they would get the allocation but hoped they would have it within a year. If this was ok they were hoping I would take down my review, which I agreed to but I wanted something in writing regarding the agreement for the allocation. They said they would email me and I went ahead and deleted the original review. I did receive a noncommittal email stating as such. - UPDATE - I removed the original review at their request in return for the expected GT3 allocation. As of today’s date of posting this review again I have not received an allocation for the GT3. I emailed for an update and didn't hear back. I forwarded my email again and have not heard back. The lack of reply leads me to believe the allocation is not happening. My caution to anyone buying a used car from them is to make sure they provide proof they have the title in hand. I even told the dealership they were great to deal with, (which is why I'm giving 3 stars and not 1) but the title issue was unacceptable. I won't be removing the review again and understand any hope of the GT3 allocation is completely gone. More
