My last service was done on a cold snowy/icy day that also happened to fall on a federally recognized holiday (MLK Day). Kayla was the only service writer working and really appeared to be a skeleton cre also happened to fall on a federally recognized holiday (MLK Day). Kayla was the only service writer working and really appeared to be a skeleton crew (I was just happy they were open!). I had a concern over a warranty issue with my GPS not working as it should and wanted to get my preventative maintenance done at the same time. The repair was delayed a bit, and I appreciated the prompt communication that it would take longer than expected. I was fine that it was taking longer, especially when I received the communication in a timely manner. My vehicle was repaired and even updated to the latest software version and the service done to my truck was done very well (I'm very OCD and check afterwards). Thank you to this dealer, I'll be back. More

Kayla was ready for me when I arrived. Within a few minutes we finished paperwork, and I was able to leave.
