UPDATE 10/4/23: I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR A WHILE NOW, I'VE ALWAYS TAKEN MY CAR TO GMC THINKING ITS THE RIGHT AND BEST THING TO DO. I RECENTLY TOOK MY CAR THERE AND LEFT IT FOR 8 DAYS, FOR SOMETHING TO B I'VE ALWAYS TAKEN MY CAR TO GMC THINKING ITS THE RIGHT AND BEST THING TO DO. I RECENTLY TOOK MY CAR THERE AND LEFT IT FOR 8 DAYS, FOR SOMETHING TO BE FIXED (WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY ADDRESSED THERE AS WELL) AFTER PICKING IT UP, I NOTICED MY CAR SOUNDED FUNNY AND IT WAS JUST WEIRD. IM A NURSE IN HEALTHCARE SO OBVIOUSLY I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS, I TRUST THE JUDGEMENT OF THE MECHANIC AND SERVICE ADVISORS. AFTER MY WARRANTY WAS CONTACTED AND I WAS TOLD WHAT MY PORTION WAS, FOR A MESSED UP WATER PUMP AND RADIATOR, I DECIDED TO BRING MY CAR TO ANOTHER SHOP, WHERE A FRIEND OFFERED TO DIAGNOSE IT FOR ME. TO MY SURPRISE, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY WATER PUMP OR RADIATOR. I WAS PROVIDED IMAGES OF THE SMALL CLAMP THAT "MAGICALLY" HAD FALLED OFF THE HOSE FROM THE WATER PUMP, AND AFTER ALL THE PRESSURE, SNAPPED OFF.. MAKING MY WATER PUMP TO MESS UP AND THE RADIATOR TO ALSO MALFUNCTION. THIS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE. HOW MANY OF US DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS AND GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ON A REGULAR BASIS. I UNDERSTAND PEOPLE HAVE TO MAKE A LIVING, BUT OUT OF OTHERS EXPENSE, IS JUST MORALLY WRONG. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN, I ALSO HAVE PLACED A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH GMC COORPORATE AND SCHUMACHER GMC. I WILL MAKE SURE THIS IS SO PUBLIC, THAT THEY WILL CONSIDER TAKING ADVANTAGE NEXT TIME. OLD REVIEW: I’ve been to the okeechobee location before and I will never return. Going to GMC on Northlake and ending up with Al Zimmerman was the best thing that could’ve happened to me. He is my favorite and I will never ever go anywhere else. His customer service skills are excellent and always figures out how to resolve my self-caused issues. I cannot stress enough how great he is, I mean I was even asked if we were family because how highly I think of him! I know I am a pain in the xxx customer but not once, has he ever shown any frustration towards me or my craziness. He is one hard working individual for sure !!! GMC is lucky to have him! More

We've been going to Schumacher for about 13 yrs. THAT should say it all! In the past 10 years, we specifically ask for Chase Bond. We have purchased (for me) or leased (for my wife) 4 vehicles thro THAT should say it all! In the past 10 years, we specifically ask for Chase Bond. We have purchased (for me) or leased (for my wife) 4 vehicles through him. He's very knowledgeable and never pushy. He goes the extra mile to get us what we need. (Don't tell her I said this, but my wife is a perfectionist) and Chase is very patient. Having been a car sales associate myself in the past (I'm 79 yrs old/my wife is 73), I know what to look for in a GREAT salesman. Chase Bond fits the bill REPEATEDLY! He is currently working with me to find the a truck to pull our new RV and I have no doubt he'll find the right one! More

The dealership was clean , organized and very customer oriented. When I met my salesman , Chase Bond, I was further impressed . The dealership seemed decent, but upon arrival I was assigned Chase Bond as my car salesman and they lost my business as a result I had a couple of questions about the new Buicks, and this man talke assigned Chase Bond as my car salesman and they lost my business as a result I had a couple of questions about the new Buicks, and this man talked down to me and assured me my questions weren't valid! I'm almost 70 years old, and this is easily my worst experience with any salesman ever regardless of what they're selling. Somebody needs to manage this man's undeserved ego before he drives away every "older" prospect with a question or two. Sorry Schumacher, I know Buick is trying to reinvent their brand, but this overly aggressive and demeaning salesperson ruined any opportunity for a deal. More
