I started my process online with Lauren and Brooke. They were very responsive and knowledgeable about the truck. When we got to the numbers they brought in Sean. He was honest, open and respectful. They were very responsive and knowledgeable about the truck. When we got to the numbers they brought in Sean. He was honest, open and respectful. After some negotiations, we reached an agreement. A day later I went to the dealer in person and met with Connor. He showed me the truck and its features and answered a bunch of my questions. He was also knowledgeable about the truck. Lastly I worked with the finance department on paying for the truck. The total time I was there, including a test drive, was about 2 hours. Very smooth transaction. I would highly recommend MacFarland Ford of Rochester. More
