Could have been better Appointment set for 10:30, car dropped off at10. Wife was waiting for car. Was told it would take an hour.At 12:30 wife went looking for the car, it h Appointment set for 10:30, car dropped off at10. Wife was waiting for car. Was told it would take an hour.At 12:30 wife went looking for the car, it had been completed within the hour but she was not informed car ready. All the settings in the car had been changed, what really got the wife going was no one apologized. More
