Upper management is laser-focused on what they’re “losing” on a sale rather than building long-term customer relationships. Be especially cautious with the finance department—it’s a cutthroat environment where the goal seems to be squeezing every last cent from the customer. The pride they take in doing so is disturbing. To the salespeople: you're being played too. Don’t expect ownership to have your back—they’ll toss your deal aside without a second thought. This dealership appears far more interested in short-term profit than customer satisfaction or employee loyalty. More
