Polite Friendly shop was clean interior was clean and bright I wish the service department was thinking of the customer but it seems it’s all about the dollar. I had the thermostat replaced and now look bright I wish the service department was thinking of the customer but it seems it’s all about the dollar. I had the thermostat replaced and now looks like I need the engine coolant sensor replaced. The sensor is just inches away from the thermostat and the intake manifold will have to be removed again to gain access to the sensor. It would have been nice and thoughtful if the service tech and or the service writer would have contacted me and give me a chance to buy the sensor from you and have it replaced at the same time instead of NOW having to pay someone to do the same procedure to replace the sensor. That to me is big in customer service and taking care of your customer for repeat customers. Not real happy even though I did not have to pay for the replacement or labor to replace the thermostat it would make me happy if a service tech and or the service writer sees an item that might be suspicious of need repair or replaced I was giving the option of buy your parts or not. More

Very friendly staff, service is usually quick and hassle free for myself. I have to wait at the dealership in the lobby so I see a lot of the employees pass through and they’re always welcoming even if they free for myself.
