Needed service on my Nissan Rogue. I parked in a spot near the service area and a young guy walked out and was super rude. I don’t know what his name was but I think he had short dark blonde hair. He gav near the service area and a young guy walked out and was super rude. I don’t know what his name was but I think he had short dark blonde hair. He gave me a puzzled look and acted like I was dumb for parking there and he asked for my key and took it inside. Chase was my service advisor and he was awesome! Very polite guy and explained everything to me. Aremus was the mechanic and he was super cool and came in to talk to me about my air filter. I will definitely come back in the future because Chase and Aremus were super good at their jobs! Never let those guys go! Need to talk to that young guy who drove me car in though, he was very unpleasant but I’m doing this survey to help the other two out that were super helpful. More

I was greeted as soon as I arrived and they were very nice. I waited in the comfortable lobby and it wasn't long before they were done and I got to be on my way. Youngblood Nissan was very cooperative when I dropped my Rogue unannounced! Had battery issues. Didn’t get any excuses on why they couldn’t get to it because I didn’t have an appointment. They fixed it and Rogue unannounced! Had battery issues. Didn’t get any excuses on why they couldn’t get to it because I didn’t have an appointment. They fixed it and it was ready the next day!
