Mr. Raber. I did look into your complaint. What I found is that your vehicle was 250 miles over your factory warranty and you asked your Service Advisor to back the miles out so it would be covered by factory warranty. You became unhappy when we refused to do this, even after we got the services covered 100% by your outside warranty company. Obviously, we are not a good fit to service your vehicle in the future, so please make other arrangements going forward. Sincerely, Connie - Owner Loyalty Manager, Youngblood Nissan.

Let me make this perfectly clear. I did not ask your service advisor to back up the mileage or anything else to that effect. I did not agree with the policy that being over 250 miles of the warranty due to the fact I was traveling back to Springfield when the issues with the car happened. You’re missing my whole point with the survey. Your reply to get service somewhere else for my company vehicle just solidifies the attitude I received at your shop. When you send out a survey maybe you should put at the top “don’t answer if you have a complaint. We don’t care”.
