Chase is great. He is very attentive, answered all my questions. Chase is very easy to talk to. Over all your team is great. Feedback on Andrew. He started our conversation with it shows you need an alignment and he showed me the paper where the tire was red. I said no. I couldn't figure out how he knew I needed an alignment, I just drove in the garage?? He also said your tires are 70% should be good. Again how did he know? Very confusing conversation. He said I would get this alignment done so it doesn't effect your tires. I said no. I asked Chase about it when I was all done and ready to leave. Chase explained about the machine and how it can read the carbwhen you drive in. That made sense. Again Chase is the Man!!! More

The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly. The technicians were able to diagnose the issue and repair my car in s short period of time. Transportation was provided to and from the dealership which technicians were able to diagnose the issue and repair my car in s short period of time. Youngblood Nissan service department is awesome! I recently moved to Missouri and had to take my car in twice and they were wonderful!!
