Finally! A service department that does it all right. Just for starters let me say I’ve been a service manager of several motorcycle dealerships, and for the last 9 years I’ve been training factory motorc Just for starters let me say I’ve been a service manager of several motorcycle dealerships, and for the last 9 years I’ve been training factory motorcycle technicians in Phoenix AZ. I also worked as both a tech and a service writer for a Ford dealership prior to my m/c career. I have seen my fair share of service depts and how they function. Youngblood’s Nissan did absolutely everything by the book! which both made me happy and excited to have found such a well trained staff. This is the kind of place they make training videos about. From my initial phone call with Chase Well who was my service advisor all the way through the check out process I could not have felt any more comfortable with the service I received. Then on the way out the porter (sorry I didn’t catch his name but he is from Euless TX.) shook my hand and thanked me for coming in and it was heart felt and sincere. I would just like to say thank you Youngblood’s Nissan for giving me hope that all the training and instruction I have given over the years when put to use actually makes a difference and letting experience it first hand.
